GOOD TO KNOW

The Lodge is a luxury quiet and peaceful accommodation for 2 people with private pool in the Lot valley.To preserve the calme and beauty please respect the following guidelines, and relax and enjoy yourselves.

Price included in the rent: towels, bed linen, tea towels, first supply of toiletries and kitchen equipment, water, electricity, heating, wifi, parking space, final cleaning.

The Lodge is not suitable for people who have a disability. (bedroom first floor)

Arrival time is from 16.00 pm onwards. Departure time is by 11.00 am.

For the comfort of our guests smoking is not allowed in the house or beside the pool.

We kindly ask that people do not do laundry in our bathroom as they are not equipped for that. There is a laundry in Figeac.

Unfortunately animals are not accepted.

You book directly with the owner,no booking fees

We do not accept credit cards - The balance can be paid in cash on site or via smart phone applications or bank transfer. No payment terminal available.

The reservation is effictive after receipt of a damage deposit of EUR 300 is required to be paid in advance. It is possible to make the payment via bank wire transfer before arrival or directly in cash to the owner upon arrival at the property. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property. 

Cancellation policy 

If a reservation is cancelled, in writing, 6 weeks prior to the commencement date , the deposit will be returned. A cancellation made from 7 days  prior to the arrival date-the total of the cost of the Booking will be charged.
