* The Lodge is a luxurious, tranquil, and peaceful accommodation for 2 people with a private swimming pool in the Lot Valley.

 

*To preserve the serenity and beauty of the location, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines.

 

* Included in the rental price: towels, bed linen, tea towels, initial supply of toiletries and kitchen essentials, water, electricity, heating, internet, parking, and final cleaning.

 

*Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

 

*For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the property.

 

*Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

 

*You are booking directly with the owner. All-inclusive price (no surprises after your stay).

 

*We do not accept credit cards. The balance can be paid on-site in cash, via smartphone apps, or by bank transfer.

 

*The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit plus a €300 security deposit. Payment can be completed by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash directly to the owner upon check-in. The €300 security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage to the property is found.

 

*Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made in writing 6 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, the total booking amount will be charged.
